Local Activities

Walking/Jogging/Running Group
Matt Gloin plans to begin a neighborhood walking/jogging/running group, beginning on MARCH 20th.

We will meet each Tuesday at 6:45 pm at my office (Live Well Chiropractic & Pilates, 5553 W. Pico Blvd.).

In the beginning we will have a three and five mile course setup for people to walk/jog/run. As interest grows we may also add an 8 mile course. Each week we will review the course before heading out and get everyone excited and motivated. We plan to have a pace leader and it will be organized similar to Niketown's weekly run.

This will be fun for anyone who wants to get outside, burn a few calories and meet others in the area, plus it is FREE. If you're interested or have questions, contact:
